Frequently Asked Questions
What is WholeHabitRx™?
WholeHabitRx™ is a 12-week, education-only lifestyle habit framework informed by lifestyle medicine principles.
It teaches how habits are introduced, resized, paused, and maintained across real life—without tracking, goals, or performance pressure.
The focus is habit process literacy, not outcomes.
Is WholeHabitRx™ medical care?
No.
WholeHabitRx™ is non-clinical and education-only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace professional medical care.
Is this coaching or therapy?
No.
There is no coaching, accountability, therapy, counseling, personalization, or reporting. Participation is fully self-directed and optional.
Do I have to track habits or progress?
No.
WholeHabitRx™ does not use tracking, streaks, goals, or progress metrics. Habits are kept small so they can exist without measurement.
What if I miss a week or stop participating?
There is no falling behind.
You can resume at any point without restarting or catching up. Pausing is allowed by design.
How is the program delivered?
- 12 weeks
- One Habit Prescription (PDF) per week
- One optional audio companion
- Simple SMS delivery with direct links
- No apps, portals, dashboards, or logins
How much time does it take?
Very little.
Each habit is introduced as a Daily Habit Dose™—often just a few minutes, and shrinkable further during busy or low-capacity days.
What if a habit feels like too much?
Shrinking is expected.
Every habit includes guidance for right-sizing during stress, illness, travel, or disruption. Shrinking is a maintenance skill, not failure.
Are results guaranteed?
No.
WholeHabitRx™ does not promise or imply outcomes. Health outcomes vary and are outside the scope of this education-only program.
Can I use this alongside medical treatment?
Yes.
WholeHabitRx™ is designed to complement clinical care and does not interfere with medications, therapies, or treatment plans.
Is this something clinicians can refer to?
Yes.
WholeHabitRx™ is designed to be prescribable as education-only lifestyle habit support.
What happens after 12 weeks?
There is no graduation and nothing to maintain perfectly.
You keep access to all materials and may return to them—or set them aside—at any time.
Do I need special equipment or apps?
No.
No apps, wearables, or devices are required.
Is this program right for me?
It may be a good fit if you want structure without pressure and feel overwhelmed by tracking or performance-based systems.
If you’re seeking coaching, therapy, or outcome-driven programs, this may not be the right fit.
How do I get started?
